Concept
Venice Lessons is the fourth volume in the Teaching and Research in Architecture series and follows Barents Lessons, Swiss Lessons and Icelandic Lessons.
The first part of this volume – the original version of 1961 Miroslav Sasek’s « This is Venice » book – plays here the role of an extended table of contents. While the old publication is presented in its original version, some legends were added and some words were highlighted in grey in order to be used as reference links for the next part of the Atlas. The book is structured in three other sections:
